A respected regional firm is backing its Family practice in Tunbridge Wells and is looking for a senior lawyer to take full ownership of the department. This is not a caretaker role. It is a chance to build, lead and shape a family team with real autonomy and a clear route to partnership from day one.

The Role
- Lead and grow the Family department in Tunbridge Wells
- Act as the go-to senior family lawyer in the office
- Handle high-quality private family work, including complex finances and children matters
- Build and develop your own practice with strong referral and marketing support
- Drive local profile, relationships and reputation
- Recruit, mentor and develop the next generation of family lawyers
- Play a key role in the firm's wider family strategy
About You
- Senior Family Solicitor with 6+ years' PQE
- Strong experience in private family law and contested matters
- Commercial, confident and comfortable leading from the front
- Proven interest in business development and profile building
- Natural leader with partnership firmly in mind
