The Work

You'll work alongside another senior employment lawyer handling sophisticated matters:

• Discrimination, redundancy, misconduct dismissals
• Complex employment disputes and Tribunal representation
• Particular strength in drafting and negotiating settlement agreements to secure enhanced exit packages for clients
• Corporate support on employment issues
• Build relationships with clients and grow the team's profile
• Work directly with experienced partners on substantial matters

You

• 5+ PQE in Employment Law (no upper limit, bring seniority if you have it)
• Strong technical skills with a client-focused approach
• Effective team player eager to contribute to departmental growth
• Commercial instincts and genuine enthusiasm for developing people and practice
• Looking to lead, not just contribute
• Ideally based in or willing to relocate to Sussex, Surrey, or Kent
