The Role

You'll be advising technology-driven businesses on the contracts that actually move the needle: managed services agreements, licensing deals, IP assignments, professional services frameworks, NDAs that need to work across borders.

About You

• Qualified Commercial Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial contracts work
• Experience in or genuine interest in the tech sector
• Strong client relationship skills, you'll be trusted adviser, not just service provider
• Comfortable with business development and networking (the firm's growth isn't slowing down)
• Collaborative mindset in a team that's ambitious but not cut-throat
