The Role:

An opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join a growing Corporate team advising on the full range of transactions - acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, private equity, joint ventures, and investments.

You'll work directly with the Head of Department, leading deals end-to-end and acting as main client contact. The role offers a high level of responsibility, client exposure, and the chance to help shape the department's continued growth while developing your own network and practice.

The Candidate & Benefits:

  • 6+ years' PQE in corporate law, ideally from a leading practice.
  • Proven experience managing M&A transactions independently.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on business development.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to mentor junior colleagues.
  • Minimum 25 days' annual leave plus Christmas closure.
