The Opportunity

You'll step into a visible, influential role within a well-established Corporate team:

• Lead transactions for entrepreneurial clients, growth-stage businesses, and SMEs
• Handle M&A work at £5m-£10m+ level with genuine autonomy
• Work directly with Legal 500-ranked partners and Heads of Department
• Develop client relationships and drive business development
• Help shape and expand the Corporate team over time
• Clear progression toward partnership with structured support

You'll also access work across litigation, private client, and property teams through the firm's collaborative cross-referral network, giving you broad exposure and real learning opportunities.

You

• 6+ PQE in Corporate law with strong private company M&A experience
• Exposure to complementary areas ideal: commercial, IP, banking, VC/PE
• Experience advising entrepreneurs, SMEs, and international clients
• Comfortable with £5m-£10m+ transactions
• Strong business development and network-building ability
• Experience mentoring and developing junior lawyers
• Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with genuine ambition to grow and lead
• Works independently in modern, hybrid environments
