The Role

You'll manage a full residential property caseload from instruction to post-completion, dealing with the kind of transactions that make up the fabric of the local market:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases for families and investors across East Sussex
• Remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions with genuine client relationships
• First registrations and related Land Registry work with precision and care
• Advise clients at every stage, making the complex simple and keeping them informed
