The Work

You'll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload:

• Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
• Re-mortgages, lease extensions, new build matters
• Run your own files independently
• Work with local agents, lenders, and clients you'll build relationships with
• Real client contact and genuine autonomy

• 1+ PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Confident managing your own caseload
