Residential Property Solicitor | 5+ Years PQE | Windsor

This firm has been building local trust for generations, and its Windsor office is a key part of a network that stretches across the South East. It is looking for a senior residential property lawyer who can step into an established caseload, work with autonomy, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

The firm itself is an expanding regional business with over a century of history and a modern outlook. It has multiple offices, a collaborative culture, and a strong commitment to developing its people. There is no rigid hierarchy here, just a clear expectation that quality work and client care are what drive success. For an experienced conveyancer, that means the freedom to get on with what you do best, with the backing of a supportive team around you.

The role
You will manage a full residential property caseload from instruction to post-completion, dealing with the kind of transactions that make up the fabric of the local market:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions
  • First registrations and related Land Registry work
  • Advising clients at every stage, making the complex simple and keeping them informed

You will work directly with clients, estate agents, and brokers, building relationships that generate repeat business. You will also be a senior voice in the Windsor office, providing guidance to more junior colleagues and support staff where needed.

About you
You are a residential property lawyer with at least five years' experience. You can run a full caseload without supervision, and you take pride in getting the details right. You communicate clearly and professionally, and you understand that a house move is one of the most significant transactions in a client's life. You are commercially aware, organised, and comfortable with case management systems. You are looking for a firm where you can build a long-term career, not just a seat at a volume conveyor belt.

What's on offer

  • An established caseload and the autonomy to manage it your way
  • A supportive, down-to-earth culture within a growing regional firm
  • Career progression that is based on merit, not tenure
  • Agile working options and a commitment to work-life balance
  • Competitive salary and benefits, with the chance to build your profile in a prime South East location
