• Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
• Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions
• Work with familiar local agents and long-standing clients
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Own your files with proper support around you
• No conveyor belt conveyancing. Just good quality work handled properly.

You

• Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
• 2+ PQE (or equivalent experience)
• Confident running your own conveyancing files independently
