• Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
• Shared ownership transactions
• New builds and re-mortgages

About You

• 3+ years PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
• Strong technical grounding in conveyancing and property law
• Excellent client-facing skills and communication
• Organised, efficient, able to manage a busy caseload under pressure
• Team player who values collaboration and long-term client relationships
