An award-winning Legal 500 firm based in the West End of London is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join its well-established and highly regarded property team.

The firm is particularly well known for its excellent Asian client base, with a long-standing reputation for advising high-net-worth individuals and international clients. You will be joining an established team with deep expertise in this area, strong Partner support, and a genuinely collaborative culture. The firm prides itself on modern working practices, flexibility, and exceptional staff retention.

The Role:

Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Remortgages

• Transfers of equity

• Secured lending

• Act for a diverse and predominantly Asian client base

• Work closely with experienced Partners and senior fee-earners

Requirements:

• Newly Qualified to 2 years' PQE in Residential Property
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking (essential)
• Confident managing matters with appropriate supervision
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• A proactive team player with a commercial mindset
