Residential Property Solicitor | 1-4 PQE | Southampton

As part of that growth, the Southampton office is looking to add a Residential Property Solicitor to its established and well-supported conveyancing practice.

The Role

You will take ownership of a full residential caseload within a strong local platform, handling matters from instruction through to completion. The work includes sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity, with plenty of client contact and autonomy from day one.

There is genuine scope to get involved in building local relationships and supporting the continued growth of the Southampton office, though business development is encouraged rather than expected.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Residential Property Executive
• Around 1-4 years' PQE, or equivalent conveyancing experience
• Confident managing a residential caseload independently
• Commercial, proactive and client-focused
