Residential Property Solicitor / Fee Earner | 2+ PQE | Farnborough

This is an opportunity to step into a well-established, award-winning residential property team where volume is balanced by quality, support and structure. You will be trusted with your own caseload, backed by one of the largest and best-resourced property platforms in the South East, and supported by strong local relationships that make the work flow.

The Role

You will join a highly regarded conveyancing team handling a broad range of residential matters, from straightforward transactions to more complex and higher-value work.

Day to day, you will manage your own files from instruction through to completion, advising on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions. You will also work on new build, shared ownership and Help to Buy matters where appropriate.

You will liaise closely with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors, carrying out title investigations, drafting contracts and ensuring transactions progress smoothly.

About You

You are a residential property lawyer who enjoys client-facing work and takes pride in running a well-managed caseload.

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer

• 2+ years' PQE in residential property

• Comfortable managing files with minimal supervision

• Strong technical understanding of conveyancing and title

• Organised, detail-focused and confident juggling deadlines

• Excellent communication and client care skills
