Residential Property Solicitor | Hove | 2+ PQE

We're partnered with a long-established Sussex firm with a strong multi-office presence and a well-regarded residential and leasehold practice. The firm is continuing to grow and is now looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor to join its Hove team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a varied residential caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and investment/buy-to-let matters.

• Working within an accredited conveyancing framework supported by modern systems and clear processes.

• Providing responsive, accurate client service from instruction through to completion.

• Collaborating with a specialist leasehold enfranchisement and reform team, with opportunities to broaden your expertise in more complex residential/leasehold matters.

About You

• 2+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing.

• Confident running your own files with appropriate supervision.

• Strong IT capability and comfortable using modern case management systems.

• Clear, professional communication and a commitment to excellent client care.
