The Role:

The firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (NQ-2+ PQE) to join its thriving property team.

You'll work across a broad range of residential transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Lease extensions and complex title work
• Regularly work on properties valued up to £10M

You'll have your own manageable caseload of 40-50 live files while collaborating closely with high-end estate agents and repeat clients, supported by an experienced and approachable partner team.

Also have excellent Paralegal support.

The property team consists of circa 15 people and they have recently hired into this department from Top Tier L500 & HNW Chambers firms.
