Senior Associate | Residential Property | Bristol
Growth is easy to talk about. Sustained growth, with the right structure around it, is much harder to find.
This team has delivered exactly that.
Following a year of over 30% growth, a well-established Residential Property team is looking to add a Senior Associate into its Bristol office. This isn't a rebuild or a gap-fill it's a considered hire into a team that already works, with the workflow, structure and support to match.
The opportunity
You'll step into a role where the fundamentals are already in place. A strong and consistent pipeline, a well-balanced team, and the infrastructure that allows you to focus on delivery rather than volume for the sake of it.
The caseload is varied. You'll handle a mix of standard conveyancing and more bespoke residential matters, with flexibility around volume and complexity depending on your experience. There's scope to shape the role to suit how you like to work whether that's higher volume, more complex files, or a blend of both.
You'll also have the opportunity to build your own client relationships over time. There's no reliance on you bringing work through the door from day one, but there is genuine support if you want to grow a profile and develop a network.
The team
This is where the role stands out.
- You'll be joining a sizeable, well-structured team with a strong balance between fee earners and support staff, including dedicated completions resource. Work is organised sensibly, often within smaller sub-teams, meaning you're not carrying unnecessary admin burden or working in isolation.
- It's a settled group with low attrition and a collaborative dynamic. People share knowledge, support each other, and the day-to-day environment reflects that.
- The role is primarily office-based in Bristol, which underpins how the team operates accessible, communicative and genuinely joined up.
What they're looking for
A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx with solid residential property experience
Confidence managing your own caseload and dealing directly with clients
Strong organisation and the ability to prioritise effectively
A team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to a collaborative environment
An openness to business development, without pressure to bring an existing following
Why this role
There are plenty of residential property positions offering work and stability. Fewer offer a combination of sustained growth, strong internal structure, and a team that actually functions well together.
If you're looking for a role where the environment supports you as much as the workload, this is worth a conversation.
