A well established, full service firm with a strong South East presence is opening its Dorking office to a new Residential Property Partner. The partner leading the property team needs someone to join them locally, and that means from day one, you are not just running files. You are alongside them at events, expanding the network, building the practice together.

The Role
- Join a busy residential property team, running a full caseload: sales, purchases, new build, Help to Buy, transfers of equity, and high value London/South East work
- Work alongside the existing property partner on business development, attending events, building relationships with local agents and introducers, raising your own profile
- Benefit from the firm's existing reputation while building your own network
- Support and mentor junior team members as the Dorking office continues to grow
What You Bring
- 10+ years' PQE in residential property, with strong technical knowledge and a client facing style that builds trust
- A personable, communicative approach. You are someone a partner is happy to introduce to clients and contacts
