The Role
In this position, you will act as a pivotal member of a premier residential team, managing a varied portfolio that spans the London property market. You will move beyond standard conveyancing, providing pragmatic, high-level advice to a premium client base while leveraging the firm's deep-rooted connections with institutional landlords and high-end developers.

• Manage a high-quality caseload of residential matters, from high-value freehold and leasehold sales to complex property investments and buy-to-let portfolios.
• Advise across a broad range of residential property work, including new builds, developments and re-mortgages, as well as niche areas such as leasehold enfranchisement and equity release.
• Navigate complex transactional elements such as lockout or exclusivity agreements, licences to alter and service charge disputes, delivering practical solutions for both personal and commercial clients.
• Drive business development and networking, leveraging the firm's reputation and proximity to institutional landlords to identify and secure new opportunities.

The Candidate

• 2 -5 years PQE with a solid background in Residential Property
• Strong experience in handling complex title issues, new builds, and the intricacies of the prime London market
• A professional yet approachable manner, with the ability to listen, identify client needs, and respond with speed and precision
• A self-motivated practitioner eager to take on high-calibre mandates within a top tier real estate practice
