The Role

Joining a thriving Residential Property team, you'll handle a varied caseload of quality matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• High-value residential transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages and equity release
• Matrimonial transfers
• New build and development transactions

You'll be supported by experienced colleagues, dedicated support staff and modern systems that allow you to focus on delivering excellent client service rather than battling administration.

About You

• Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years' experience
• Confident managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Commercially minded with an interest in developing relationships and generating work
• Organised, proactive and keen to progress your career
