Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (1-3 PQE)
Location: Edinburgh
Firm: L500 Ranked Firm with an Established Reputation in the Scottish Market
Salary: Lucrative Salary + Attractive Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits
The Role & The Work
A growing and ambitious L500 ranked firm in Edinburgh is launching a newly established Residential Conveyancing team under the leadership of a highly regarded Partner with a strong reputation in the high-net-worth market.
While the firm is recognised across multiple practice areas in the L500, this Edinburgh residential offering represents an exciting new phase of strategic growth. You will join at an early stage of the team's development, playing a central role in building a premium client base in the capital, while benefiting from the infrastructure, systems and reputation of a well-established national firm.
The Edinburgh focus is on high-net-worth clients, complex transactions and a refined, service-led approach. You can therefore expect exposure to high-value, lower-volume work where quality, precision and client relationships take priority over volume-driven caseloads.
Working closely with the incoming Partner, you will handle residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title from instruction through to completion, providing clear and commercially sound advice while delivering an exceptional client experience. As the team grows, you will have genuine scope to take on greater responsibility, contribute to business development and help shape the direction and culture of the Edinburgh offering.
Whether you are recently qualified and looking to build your expertise in a premium environment, or a more experienced solicitor seeking greater autonomy and progression, this role offers a clear pathway for development within a supportive and well-resourced firm.
