A well-established and highly regarded South East firm is growing its busy Residential Property team and is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join the team.

This is a role for someone who can take ownership of their caseload and run files with minimal supervision, while having the backing of an experienced wider property team.

The Role

You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, covering matters such as:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• New build and shared ownership
• General residential property matters

About You

• Qualified or non-qualified Conveyancing Fee Earner
• Proven residential conveyancing experience
• Confident managing a caseload independently
• Strong client care, communication and organisational skills
• Proactive and commercially minded
