The Work

You'll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion:

• Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
• Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Manage searches, completion schedules, and post-completion work
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and completion statements
• Ensure files meet compliance and quality standards

This is hands-on conveyancing work with real client contact and responsibility, supported by an experienced team.

About You

• Experienced Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced fee earner)
• Confident managing your own caseload independently
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable juggling multiple files and deadlines
• IT literate with case management system experience
