The Role:

The firm is seeking a Residential & Commercial Property Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join its growing team.

You will handle a varied caseload-freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, landlord and tenant work, property funding, management advice, and more complex transactions-supported by senior lawyers who encourage autonomy and client contact from the outset.

The work is high-quality, with instructions from longstanding clients and premium estate agents.
