A highly regarded Legal 500 ranked firm is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer into its growing Swindon office.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and well respected regional practice with a strong reputation across Wiltshire and the South West. The Opportunity

The firm is open to considering candidates from NQ level upwards, making this an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their post qualification career looking to develop within a genuinely supportive environment.
You will join a busy and friendly Residential Conveyancing team handling a varied caseload of matters from instruction through to post completion. The team acts for a broad client base including local individuals, families, investors and high net worth clients across the region.

This role would suit a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancer who is looking to continue developing their technical ability within a firm that places a real emphasis on training, progression and long term career development.

The Work

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Remortgages
* New build matters
* Shared ownership transactions
* Equity release matters where appropriate

You will also have the opportunity to build relationships with local agents, referrers and introducers whilst becoming a key part of a close knit and successful team.

* Previous Residential Conveyancing experience
* Strong client care and communication skills
