A well-established, highly regarded Sussex law firm is looking to appoint a Panel Remortgage Executive to join its growing Residential Property team. The Role

You'll manage your own caseload of residential remortgage transactions from instruction through to completion, acting for borrowers and a wide range of lender panel clients.

Working in a fast-paced but well-supported environment, you'll liaise with lenders, brokers and clients throughout the transaction, ensuring matters progress smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of client service and compliance.

Your work will include:

• Managing remortgage files from instruction through to registration
• Reviewing mortgage offers and preparing completion documentation
• Liaising with lenders, brokers, clients and third parties
• Handling redemption statements, completions and post-completion work
• Maintaining compliance with lender panel, AML and regulatory requirements

About You

You'll have experience within a conveyancing or remortgage environment and be confident managing a busy workload with accuracy and attention to detail.

You'll also bring:

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, client-focused approach
• Experience using legal case management systems
• Knowledge of lender panel requirements and the remortgage process is advantageous
