The Role

Joining a growing Real Estate team, you'll advise a broad client base ranging from developers, investors and occupiers through to lenders and corporate clients on a varied caseload of commercial property matters.

Your work will include:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Development and regeneration projects
• Property finance transactions
• Asset management
• Supporting on complex, high-value real estate projects alongside experienced partners

You'll be encouraged to take ownership of matters from an early stage, whilst having direct access to senior lawyers who are genuinely invested in your development.

The Ideal Candidate

• England & Wales qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE.
• Experience gained within a respected commercial real estate team.
• Strong technical ability with sound commercial awareness.
• Comfortable managing your own matters while collaborating on larger transactions.
• Ambitious and looking to develop your career within a firm that is continuing to grow.
