A premium Manchester real estate practice is looking for a 4+ PQE solicitor with the technical depth and commercial judgement to handle institutional-grade work from day one.

The Work

That means leading complex due diligence, structuring deals, drafting and negotiating conditional contracts, overage and funding agreements, and advising on title, planning and construction interfaces.
