Top 30 Firm | Real Estate Solicitor NQ-3

This is an opportunity to join a Real Estate team where the work is complex, purposeful and impactful. The focus is on public sector, infrastructure, energy and regeneration projects, the kind of matters that shape places, communities and long-term investment, rather than purely transactional property work.

It suits a junior real estate lawyer who wants early exposure to sophisticated projects, close involvement with clients and a clearer sense of how their work fits into the bigger picture.

The Firm

You join a prestigious Top 30 law firm with a strong international footprint and a reputation built on more than brand alone. The firm is consistently highly ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers, with recognised partners across Real Estate and a range of complementary practice areas.

What distinguishes the firm is it's sector focus and people-first culture. Lawyers work in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams, supported by strong internal infrastructure, modern technology and delivery models designed to make complex work manageable and sustainable.

The client base is equally impressive, spanning public bodies, utilities, financial institutions and major international brands. The firm is regularly instructed on high-profile, complex matters, and junior lawyers are brought into that work early rather than shielded from it.

The Role

You become part of an international Real Estate group where property is central to the firm's strategy. It is the second largest department globally, and the energy, infrastructure and regeneration practice sits right at the heart of that platform.

Your work is varied and engaging. You support on land acquisition and title matters, negotiate property and infrastructure agreements such as easements and leases, and work closely with local authorities on energy and regeneration projects. The clients include local authorities, national and international utilities businesses and other major stakeholders involved in long-term infrastructure development.

The team has recently secured several new contracts and tenders, and this hire is a direct response to that growth. You are joining at a point where the workload is expanding and junior lawyers have the opportunity to take on responsibility, learn quickly and build credibility within the team.

What's on Offer

You gain access to some of the UK's most prestigious and interesting real estate work, with exposure that would be difficult to replicate in many early-career roles.

The firm offers a flexible, progressive working culture with hybrid working, alongside strong professional support, clear development pathways and a genuinely inclusive environment.
