Real Estate Disputes Associate (2-4+ PQE) | London, City | Leading L500 Firm | Hybrid Working up to 3 Days per Week

The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a 2-4+ PQE Associate to join the firm's highly regarded Real Estate Disputes team in the City of London.

You will work closely with the Head of Department while managing your own caseload, advising on a broad range of matters including:

  • Party wall and developer disputes
  • Right to light and trespass claims
  • Landlord and tenant litigation
  • Possession proceedings, lease renewals and forfeiture
  • Complex property and debt recovery disputes

You will also support on high-value, strategic litigation and collaborate across departments to deliver commercially focused advice.
