The Role

This is an exciting role for a Commercial Property / Residential Development Solicitor to join this market leading firms Tunbridge Wells, Kent office.

Property is at the forefront of all the work they do. This role will involve working with a highly experienced Commercial Property / Development Partner. You will deal with a broad range of quality matters including; Development, Acquisitions for development, Commercial Leases, Residential Development, acting for developers of both Plc and private companies in connection with commercial property acquisitions and extensive multi-purpose developments.

Requirements

• You will be a Development Lawyer likely at Associate or Senior Associate level with exposure to residential and/or commercial development matters, gained in a similar regional or leading firm
• You will deal with a range of residential and commercial development work including options, promotions, land sales and acquisitions.
• You should have a good technical knowledge
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
