This is an excellent opportunity for a Private-Client Paralegal (In-House) to join a high-performing FS business based in West Sussex.

Due to their impressive recent growth and ever-increasing workload, the business is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to take on a range of high-value Trusts work with a mixture of clients.

The Business

Having operated for over 25 years, this leading financial and tax planning business in West Sussex is looking for a Private Client Paralegal to join their team. The role includes working with matters such as Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, CoP, and Trusts.

Backed by a well-established FTSE 100 Wealth Management company, this fast-growing business is going from strength to strength. Their team consists of a mixture of solicitors, accountants, and financial advisers, all working in harmony to ensure that each of their clients receives the best outcome possible.

The role
This role will see you join this Business's Legal Services Department where you will be working within a tight-knit team of 3, assisting a range of high-value clients.

You will be responsible for all aspects of Private Client matters such as; Probate, LPA's, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. You will be liaising with panel law firms regarding clients' exact requirements, for dealing with discovery and probate.

Your other key responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of legal documents, including wills and trusts, tailored to meet the unique needs of their clients. The business adopts a dynamic, forward-thinking environment where your skills are valued and your contributions make a real impact.

Requirements

• Excellent written & communicative skills
• Confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with Wills, LPA's, Discovery & Probate
