Are you an experienced Employment lawyer looking to focus on complex Tribunal work on behalf of respondents? If so, this Top 100 firm would like to hear from you as they look to bring in an Employment (Contentious) Managing Associate 8+ years PQE in Bristol.

This hire can expect to lead on complex Employment Tribunal claims (almost exclusively acting for Respondents), working alongside a well-known Partner with a stellar reputation in this space.

They deal with the full gamut of contentious employment issues involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, disputes over wages and benefits and more.

Noteworthy achievements for the team include appearances in the Court of Appeal recently on behalf of prominent public sector entities and defending blue-chip companies in discrimination and whistleblowing cases.
