The Opportunity

You'll manage a varied caseload while gaining exposure to more complex, high-value matters, including:

• Commercial landlord & tenant disputes
• Dilapidations, forfeiture, lease renewals and break notices
• Possession claims and rent recovery
• Boundary, easement and adverse possession disputes
• Leasehold enfranchisement and property-related professional negligence

You'll enjoy early client responsibility, strong partner support and genuine opportunities to develop your expertise.

About You

• Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in Property Litigation
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Commercial, pragmatic and client-focused
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in enfranchisement or telecoms disputes is beneficial but not essential
