The Role:

The Property Litigation team is seeking a 1+ PQE Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing practice.

You will work alongside experienced lawyers on a broad range of commercial and residential property disputes, acting for clients including developers, investors, landlords and tenants across a variety of sectors.

The role will provide exposure to a varied caseload, including landlord and tenant disputes, property and development-related claims, insolvency matters, restrictive covenants, rights of way, adverse possession and wider real estate disputes.

You will have the opportunity to manage your own matters with appropriate support, develop strong client relationships, and play an active role in the continued growth of the team.

The Candidate:

• The ideal candidate will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 1+ PQE who is looking to join a collaborative team and continue developing their career.
• You will have experience handling a range of property disputes within private practice, strong drafting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• The successful candidate will be proactive, commercially minded, and keen to take on responsibility while contributing to the wider team and firm.
