The Work

Expect variety, complexity, and real technical challenge:

• Advise on long leasehold matters and tenancy issues (residential and business)
• Draft notices, conduct possession claims, advise on statutory matters
• Handle real estate litigation and professional negligence claims relating to property
• Manage intermediate and multi-track claims
• Run a varied general property litigation caseload

You'll manage your own files, work closely with partners, and have paralegal support. The caseload is high-quality thanks to the firm's regional reputation and deep community roots.

You

• 2+ PQE as a Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Proven experience managing a busy caseload
• Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
• Confident liaising professionally with clients
• Positive, proactive, methodical-able to manage a busy diary and work under pressure
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, case management systems)
• Advocacy experience advantageous
