The Work

Broad, commercially focused property litigation:

• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Dilapidations, lease terminations, break notices
• Possession proceedings
• Contract disputes and professional negligence

You'll manage cases independently, develop client relationships, and work cross-departmentally with property and corporate teams. This is hands-on litigation with real court exposure and commercial impact.

About You

• Litigation Solicitor with 2-5 PQE in property litigation or civil litigation with property exposure
• Strong technical grounding, commercial instincts
• Comfortable managing quality work independently
• Enthusiasm for business development and networking
• Collegiate approach, ambition without ego
