The Role:

The firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Partner to join its highly regarded Real Estate Finance team in London.

As a senior member of the department, you will advise on a wide range of high-value transactions, acting primarily for banks and bridging lenders. You'll manage your own caseload, support junior team members, and work closely with partners on complex matters.

This is a high-profile, client-facing role with real scope to develop your practice and a clear pathway to partnership for the right person.

The Candidate & Benefits:

  • 10+ years' PQE in real estate finance, ideally acting for banks and bridging lenders.
  • Strong technical and drafting skills, with a commercial and solutions-focused approach.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and develop business opportunities.
  • A collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring junior colleagues.
  • An existing following would be advantageous but not essential.
