The opportunity

You'll sit at the heart of the Corporate & Commercial team, acting as the go-to technical resource and helping lawyers deliver work efficiently, consistently and at the highest standard. Your focus will include:

• Developing and maintaining corporate precedents, templates and know-how
• Keeping the team up to date with legal developments and market trends
• Supporting lawyers with technical queries and complex research points
• Delivering internal training and supporting junior lawyer development
• Helping shape working practices, workflows and process improvements
• Supporting legal tech and knowledge management initiatives
• Contributing to articles, briefings and client-facing updates
