The Work

You'll manage a varied, sophisticated private client caseload:

• Wills and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families
• Tax planning and capital structuring for business owners and entrepreneurs
• Probate and estate administration across complex estates
• Trusts creation and administration with genuine commercial complexity
• Lasting Powers of Attorney and elderly client matters
• Court of Protection work (experience welcome, not essential)
• Work closely with partners and colleagues on substantial matters
• Real scope to develop client relationships and mentor junior lawyers

About You

• Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ PQE
• Proven experience across wills, tax planning, probate, trusts, LPAs
• Strong collaborative and team-working skills
• Genuine commitment to exceptional client care
• Commercially focused approach to your work
• Able to relate to clients at all levels with excellent client care skills
• Enthusiastic about networking and business development
