The Role:

This is an opportunity for a 2+ PQE Private Client solicitor to join a growing department. Currently a small team, the practice has a strong platform and clear appetite for expansion.

You will manage complex probate, estates, trusts and Court of Protection work.

This is a role with genuine influence and long-term potential.

The Candidate & Benefits:

• You will be a Private Client solicitor with 2+ PQE and strong technical expertise and leadership capability.
• Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales with significant probate and estate experience
• Solid Court of Protection knowledge and exposure to complex matters
• Experience supervising or leading others
• A commercial, growth-focused mindset
• A professional, empathetic approach to clients
• STEP qualification (or working towards) and contentious probate experience are advantageous.
