  • Experience advising elderly or vulnerable clients is highly valued
  • STEP qualified or working towards this, or keen to pursue the accreditation

What's on Offer

You'll join a department consistently recognised for its quality, depth of experience and holistic private wealth offering.
You'll benefit from:

  • A supportive culture built around excellent client service, clear communication and long-term relationships
  • Close collaboration with family, agricultural, owner-managed business and property teams, offering variety and sector-specific insight
  • Strong investment in training and development, including leadership opportunities and accreditation support
