They handle a dynamic caseload spanning Road Traffic Accidents, Employers Liability, Occupiers Liability, and Public Liability claims from pre-action stage through to trial.

This is a genuine opportunity to work on real, varied PI litigation without the volume-at-all-costs mentality. You'll manage your own cases, develop litigation strategy, and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

The Work:

You'll handle a varied, busy caseload

• Road Traffic Accidents, Employers Liability, Occupiers Liability, Public Liability claims
• Fast-track and multi-track claims
• Pre-action stage through to trial and disposal
• Formulate robust litigation strategies
• Manage complex group work with consistent strategic approach
• Work with up-to-date case files and robust case management
• Give early warning on changing priorities and manage transitions smoothly

This is hands-on PI work where you'll see matters through properly, not just process volume.

You:

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister
• Strong personal injury litigation experience is essential
• 2+ years PQE
• Experience in PI claimant work
• Excellent drafting and written skills
• Able to meet time and billing targets
• Capable of managing a busy, varied caseload independently
• Organised, strategic thinker, detail-focused
