NQ Residential Property Solicitor

A well-established Legal 500 law firm is looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing property team in Exeter.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer to step into a supportive and specialist environment where you will receive hands-on training, real responsibility, and exposure to a varied caseload from day one.

The Opportunity

You will join a highly regarded residential property team that advises on a broad range of transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Lease extensions

The team has a particular focus on self-build property work, including self-build purchases and remortgages. While prior experience in self-build or new-build matters would be beneficial, it is not essential; comprehensive training will be provided.

About You

Applications are welcomed from newly qualified solicitors (or equivalent) who can demonstrate:

• Experience handling residential property matters during training or post-qualification
• A solid understanding of conveyancing procedures and property law
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to manage a caseload and work independently
