Property Disputes Solicitor / Legal Executive (NQ-3 PQE) | Leading UK Top 50 Firm | Bristol

If you're looking to build a genuine specialism early in your career, opportunities like this are few and far between.

This is your chance to join one of the UK's leading Property Disputes teams, specialising exclusively in complex home ownership and cohabitation disputes. You'll work alongside recognised experts in this niche area, gaining exposure to high-quality litigation that many lawyers only encounter occasionally throughout their careers.

The team advises clients nationwide on disputes arising under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TOLATA), acting on matters involving beneficial ownership, orders for sale, equitable accounting and wider property trust disputes. You'll also be involved in drafting cohabitation agreements and helping clients navigate often sensitive and emotionally charged situations.

You'll manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision from day one while working closely with senior lawyers on more complex matters. There is also plenty of opportunity to get involved in business development, writing articles, building your profile and contributing to the continued growth of this specialist practice.

The firm itself is consistently recognised as one of the UK's leading law firms and has developed an outstanding reputation for investing in its people. Its structured career framework provides clear progression, ongoing technical development and the support needed to build a long-term career. A collaborative culture, flexible hybrid working and an excellent bonus structure further reinforce why it continues to attract and retain some of the strongest legal talent in the market.

* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with up to 3 years' PQE
* Experience of, or a genuine interest in, TOLATA and property trust disputes
* Strong technical ability with excellent client care skills
* Comfortable managing your own matters while collaborating within a specialist team
