The Opportunity

You'll work across a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

• Employment Tribunal claims
• Settlement agreements
• TUPE and restructuring
• Disciplinary and grievance matters
• Employment contracts, policies and HR advisory work
• Mediation and dispute resolution

From day one, you'll have meaningful client exposure while working closely with experienced employment specialists who are committed to developing junior lawyers.

About You

• Newly Qualified Solicitor, or due to qualify shortly
• Employment seat or relevant employment law experience during training
• Strong drafting and communication skills
