A top-quality Manchester construction practice is looking for a 2+ PQE solicitor with strong non-contentious experience and the ambition to develop into a trusted adviser on complex, high-value projects.

The Work
The portfolio spans the full range of non-contentious construction work: drafting and negotiating JCT, NEC and bespoke suite contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, third-party rights, bonds and guarantees, and development agreements. At 2+ PQE, you will be taking ownership of contract drafting and negotiation on smaller to mid-sized projects with partner support, managing the documentation process, identifying and advising on risk allocation issues, and building direct relationships with clients and project stakeholders. As you develop, that responsibility compounds, larger projects, more complex documentation structures, and greater autonomy.
