Litigation & Recoveries Solicitor | 3+ PQE | Remote

A creditor-focused recoveries practice is recruiting for someone who wants to build deep expertise in finance litigation and asset recovery, with the platform and client base to make that trajectory credible.

Over the next few years, this role will take someone from running a caseload with supervision to becoming the go-to lawyer for institutional clients on complex recoveries, regulatory compliance and multi-track litigation strategy.

The Work
The caseload is creditor-led and technically demanding: defended claims (misrepresentation, undue influence, guarantee disputes), consumer credit compliance, asset recovery (possession, title disputes, priority issues), enforcement and multi-jurisdiction collections.

Cases progress from pre-action through small, fast and multi-track litigation to judgment and enforcement. At 3+ PQE, there is real responsibility, managing files independently, advising on strategy, drafting pleadings and evidence, and liaising directly with clients on case progression and reporting.

Over time, this experience builds a portable specialism. What starts as running defended recoveries becomes advising on portfolio strategies, leading on complex enforcement and contributing to regulatory compliance frameworks.
