The Role:

You will join a growing enfranchisement team handling a mix of landlord and tenant work. This includes tribunal applications, court attendance, and advising on enfranchisement matters under the 1993 Act.

You'll also gain exposure to related areas such as Right to Manage claims and service charge disputes, with early responsibility and client contact from the outset.
