The Role:

This is a Head of Department opportunity within the firm's enfranchisement practice. You will take ownership of a growing and high-quality caseload while also leading the strategic development of the department.

The role will involve handling a mix of landlord and tenant enfranchisement matters, including tribunal applications, court attendance, and advisory work under the 1993 Act. You will also oversee related matters such as Right to Manage claims and service charge disputes.

Alongside your fee-earning responsibilities, you will manage and develop junior team members, drive departmental growth, and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the practice.

The Candidate & Benefits:

• Partner/Head of Department/Legal Director (10+ PQE) with strong enfranchisement experience, ready to step into a leadership role
• Proven technical expertise in leasehold enfranchisement and related property litigation matters
• Experience managing or mentoring junior fee earners desirable
