The Role

You will lead a large, established team of 30. Your role will include ensuring that the quality of work being done in the team keeps up with the current high standards, and that the team works cohesively. You will drive further growth of the department and also manage a reduced caseload of your own, including a wide range of property transactions such as:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Lease extensions
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity and equity releases
• Probate sales
• Shared ownership and staircasing
• Investment property transactions
• New-build work

About You

• You will have at least 8 years of PQE in Residential Property
• You will have experience of working on the full range of residential property transactions
• You will have mentorship or supervisory experience
